Alaska

Individuals must be 18 or older to obtain a marriage license and at least 16 with parental consent.  No medical exam is required; however, there is a three-day waiting period. Once issued, the license is valid for 90 days throughout the state. As the cost varies, contact your County Clerk’s office for specific information.
