Individuals
must be 18 or older to obtain a marriage license
regardless of parental consent. A witness who
has known the couple for at least three years
must be present with appropriate identification.
A medical exam is not required; however, there
is a three-day waiting period. Once issued, the
license is valid indefinitely. As the cost
varies, contact your County Clerk’s office for
specific information.
If
no officiant resources are listed for your city, please fill out

e-mail the information to you.
