must be 18 or older to obtain a marriage
license. Females must be at least 13 and males
at least 14 with parental consent. No medical
exam is required; however, there is a three-day
waiting period. Once issued, the license is
valid for 90 days. As the cost varies, contact
your Town Clerk’s office for specific
information.
