Individuals must be 18 or older to obtain a marriage license and at least 16 with parental consent. The marriage license fee is $50.00 dollars. Couples who have completed a state sanctioned premarital counseling course will be charged $5.00 for a marriage license. You may pay with cash or money order. You do not have to be a previous or current resident of Oklahoma to obtain a marriage license. No waiting period, you should receive your license immediately.  As rules varies, contact your County Clerk’s office for specific information.
